🧾 End-User License Agreement

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before you register for the Kentech Global LLC Service Platform or join a free or paid service (hereafter referred to as the Service).
By completing registration as an individual member or using the services on this site, you confirm that you have read and agreed to all the contents of these Terms of Service and related activities. You also agree to abide by the relevant specifications and acknowledge that Kentech Global LLC’s platform may be affected by third-party social media platforms, which are subject to ongoing updates or force majeure factors. As a result, certain services may become temporarily or permanently unavailable. Party B (the user) understands that such disruptions do not warrant a refund.

If you agree to all the terms of this End-User License Agreement, by checking the box or clicking the button to confirm your acceptance when you first use the web application, you are agreeing to all the terms of this agreement.
Also, by registering as a member of Kentech Global LLC, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms of this End-User License Agreement.

This means our app depends on the functionality and stability of these APIs. Kentech Global LLC is not responsible for any critical changes made by these platforms that may affect app performance.
We do not guarantee permanent compatibility with any Social Media API (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.), and we do not offer refunds for issues originating from changes or limitations imposed by these external platforms.
