You are welcome to use the Kentech Global LLC Community Management Service Platform (hereinafter referred to as Party A), and you who use our platform (hereinafter referred to as Party B).
The following instructions explain how we collect, use, disclose, transfer, and store your information when you use our platform. Any questions or comments are welcome and help us improve our products, services, content, and advertising.

🔒 User Privacy Protection Instructions

Party A will protect Party B's privacy rights in accordance with the law. Personal data registered or retained by Party B will only be used for internal filing and within the scope of services provided by Party A for publicity, marketing, and notification.
Party A has strengthened relevant protection measures, but also solemnly reminds Party B: Do not publicly disclose personal information on the Internet, as it may be collected and used by others. This is especially important in public forums such as chat rooms and message boards—avoid publishing personal identity details, passwords, or email addresses.

📄 Personal Data Collection and Use

When Party B joins as a member, subscribes to a newsletter, or participates in other activities, Party A requires Party B to log in with personal data to complete transactions and related member services.
When Party B registers with the Kentech Global LLC Community Management Service Platform, we will ask for their name, email, date of birth, phone number, address, etc. After registration and login, we can identify Party B's identity, allow access to complete services, and enable participation in promotions, offers, and prizes.

The personal data we collect will be used to inform Party B about the latest product announcements, software updates, and upcoming events on the Kentech Global LLC Community Operations Platform. It may also be used to help improve our services.
All personal data obtained by Party A and its related websites are used only for the original purpose and scope defined by Party A—for example, auditing, data analysis, and research to improve products, services, and customer communication.

👤 User Profile

To protect the rights and interests of all members, Party B can set an email and password during registration. Through this account, Party B can access member services as described on the platform/website.
Please keep your account and password secure. Do not share this information. After use, log out of your account. If using a shared or public computer, close the browser to prevent unauthorized access.

🌐 Collection and Use of Browsing Materials

Party A will automatically record Party B's browsing activities and related information on the platform. This data is used solely for traffic analysis and network behavior surveys to improve platform and website service quality.
Party A will not provide Party B's personal data to third parties or use it for other purposes unless otherwise stated or required by law.

✏️ Revision of the Privacy Policy

Party A reserves the right to change the contents of this statement. We will not separately notify members of changes; updates will be posted on the platform/website.
Party A may amend the Privacy Policy from time to time, and the updated version will be published on this platform/webpage. If Party B has any questions about Party A's privacy protection policy, please contact Party A directly via kentechusa.com.

🗑️ Data Deletion Request Callback

The data deletion callback is triggered whenever a user removes our app and requests deletion of their data. Users can do this via their Facebook profile:

Steps to Remove Our App:

1. Log in to our app using Facebook Login.
2. Go to your Facebook profile's Apps and Websites settings tab: Facebook Settings
3. Remove our app.
4. Click the “View Removed Apps and Websites” link.
5. In the popup, click the “View” button next to our app.
6. In the window that appears, click “Send Request” to trigger our callback.
